Windows 8.1 Freezing + Memory Leak (Updated)

I'm new to the forum and i have a question to ask.
I bought computer parts few days back and assambled a new rig.
    My Specs are:

    Mobo: Gigabyte G.1 Sniper Z97
    CPU: Intel Core I7-4790K 4GHz
    CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper212x
    RAM: Kingston Hyperx 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600Mhz
    Video: MSI 980 GTX Gaming
    PSU: Seasonic G-750 750W
    SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 4TB

The problem i'm dealing with is my computer froze two times since i built my computer, and i have no clue why.
First time it happend at night when i was a sleep, i woke up in the morning and my computer was still on but my monitor showed me a blackscreen and the keyboard did not respond.

My second time was yesterday during YouTube play, where the mouse courser slowely began to lose it's movement and i felt like i was dragging it across the screen and then everything froze (no blackscreen this time).

When i checked Event Viewer between the time it happend, i found the following:
    Attachment 52302

This is during my second freeze, i thought perhaps it has anything to do with that.
The time it happend was between 18:00-18:16 so i figured esnet was the reason.
I ran chkdsk and i got no bad sektors either.
So far computer is running just fine, i just wanted to ask what do you guys think i should do right now.
    Thank you in advance,

The .netframework might be corrupted. Try to re-install it
Win+X->Program & Features. Untick those Net Framework (the first 2), reboot then go back and tick it again.

I just nearly had a another freeze, everything began to move slower then usual and the courser started to lag.
I took a fast screenshot of my Task Manager and saw this:
    Attachment 52313

Im not sure it means anything, but im certain that 98% load is not good and not suppose to happen :/

This is what my computer look like after a restart on idle:
    Attachment 52316
    Attachment 52317

I was searching all day today regarding to this issue and people have said that it is most likely has today with a driver that is eating all my memory.
This is what i currently have installed on my windows:
    Attachment 52318

    Please help

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

98% load isn't good - but it depends on how long it lasts.
If it only stays up there for a short time, then it's likely not a problem.
If it stays there for a long time (especially while it's hanging), then that's likely where the problem is.

Just FYI, for years every system that I built had some sort of problem due to assembly. I learned that the first thing to do was to unplug and replug everything in in order to see if that solved the problem.

    Also, Please do the following:
    - open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
    - expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
    - right click on Administrative Events
    - select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
    - save the file as Admin.evtx
    - zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
    - upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).
