Check your BitTorrent options and set it like this:
1. open Options-Prefrences-Bandwidth
2. set the numbers in Number of connections as minimum as you like
2 a) Global maximum number of connection 15
2 b) Maximum number of connected peers per torrent 12
2 c) Number of upload slots per torrent 1
Apply, OK and try.
