Test memory and CPU with Prime95. What is the exact model and age of your PSU? It could be the cause of your problems.

I'm using OCZ ModXStream Pro 600WATT 80PLUS Certified Modular PSU since 5/18/2012. By the way I have a power supply tester that I can use to look of there is a problem with PSU. Shall I do that?

I want to say that I tomorrow gonna send my bad DDR3 RAMS to replace for a new one. I must send the hole kit, so, maybe it could be that I'm offline for a couple of days. When I get the new one DDR3 RAMS, than we will look further. Thanks all for you're help!
