Here you go: AMD Catalyst 14.8 WHQL (14.201.1008 August 12) Download
Please recheck your RAM with Memtest.

In addition to Memtest, you might want to try the built in memory diagnostic---

Oké thanks David, I'd done this steps before, everything looks ok. He is now running the memory diagnostics, if I see no results I will do the Memtest and see if there's some problems with the cards or motherboard blocks.

I've done the memtest for more than 7 hours. There are no errors found. I will install amd driver 14.8 now and test with that.

I've got a BSOD again after playing Crysis 3 for more than 20 minutes. I made a rar file of the minidump file. I installed driver 14.8, but that's not the point for BSOD. I would like to know what the problem is, so I can go on gaming without BSOD and RSOD.
