BugCheck Info: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)

Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa80197a38c0, Object type of the object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg2: fffffa802334cd10, Object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg3: 0000000000000001, Reserved
Arg4: 2000000000000000, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

I would suggest you to remove all of the ASUS Bloatware from the system and then updating the drivers from this **LINK**. Only download the "ATKACPI driver" under the Utilities Section.

If after updating all of the drivers (Except ASUS Bloatware) you are still getting problems, then kindly turn on driver Verifier according to this Guide - Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable - Windows 7 Help Forums
and then upload a freshly generated SF Diagnostic ZIP File once you make the Driver Verifier crash for a few times.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

I know this is probably stupid of me to ask, but should i update 3rd party drivers since you gave a link to each, or should i delete them then install "ATKACPI driver" ?
Thank you very much again, just asking to be 100% sure.

DO NOT delete drivers, it may render your system unbootable.
The links for the drivers will take you to a page (on my website) that'll guide you to where to get the drivers from.
If uncertain, post back and we'll help to point you to an exact link.

You may not be able to find updates for these drivers:

intelppm.sys Tue Nov 6 09:25:02 2012 (50988A16)

If not, just leave them alone and don't do anything with these.

Make sure to update your Bluetooth drivers.
Win8 versions of these drivers often have problems in Win8.1 systems
