    It will take about 3-10 minutes to freeze after wake up from sleep

    In this dump file, the Soft Ether VPN is trying to make a bad pool request.
    I would suggest you to remove the Soft Ether VPN from your system. Also, if you are overclocking, please reset back to STOCK Settings.

    Fixed by disabling Intel SpeedStep Technology - (BIOS).
