A few weeks ago i let memtest run overnight 6 passes, last night 8. No problems found. I do like to note that I got 2 different sets of 2x2GB 1333Mhz RAM (8GB total). Same manufactor/type, slightly different number. I am considering getting new RAM, but what are the chances it will fix this? It is the weakest part in my system, but usually RAM upgrades are not rly worth the money. What do you think?
Have you tried running the system on only one set i.e. 2x2GB (Total = 4GB) for a while and checking the system for stability? Check both the pairs one by one and then report back the results

Don't buy new RAM as of now. Let's make sure that it is the culprit first. Regarding the RAM upgrades, it depends on the bottleneck of the system. Say if your motherboard bus is not able to extract the full power of the RAM then no matter what RAM you purchase, you would always get slow speeds. It all depends on the configuration of the motherboard. I recently purchased a Corsair 4GB module for my laptop which made the RAM total to 8GB. Once I inserted the stick, the sticks (Of Different manufacturers but almost of same timings) started working in Dual Channel mode, my system became more responsive and my games started to play better. So, it all depends on the configuration IMO.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hey 2 new bsod's different error tag, but i think its something with the memory again. Uploading the logs again.

I'll try use 2x2GB ram maybe, but i am not sure i can run my games properly then.

I was wondering, can it also be the videocard's memory? I don't have this card that long. Half a year maybe.

blueelvis is out of town and I'll provide some suggestions until he gets back.

It is possible that you have video card memory problems. Try the video tests from this link: Hardware Diagnostics
Also, make sure that you monitor your temps (I suggest this free software: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

I sent my graphics card to be tested, back to the shop, but there was nothing wrong. I bought new memory and that fixed the problem.

I haven't had a blue screen for a while now and I hope it stays that way.

Thanks all and blueelvis in particular for helping me out.
