BSOD when playing dota 2

Hello guys, I get the BSOD everytime I play dota 2. It used to happen before but it stopped after i changed my windows from 8.1 to 8 again, now its back again. I've attached the required file for you guys. Any help, tips or comments will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There are multiple KMODE_Exception_Note_Handled with a memory access violation. This either means that a driver is behaving weird which it shouldn't or is a hardware problem like failing RAM.

I need you to update the drivers which are highlighted above. If no update is available, kindly remove them.
Please test your RAM using Memtest for no less than 8 passes. Follow the below guide -
