As we can see from the first dump file, there was an error in the Power Policy Manager. The rest of the dump files blame the Avast, ATI Driver and the Killer Network Adapter.
Before deciding if this is a Power issue or not, let's get the other things sorted.
Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on your system :-

SPPD.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=NTIOLib_X64.sys

I have highlighted drivers in Underline, kindly update them. Also make sure you update your Killer Network Drivers and the Chipset drivers from the Manufacturer's website.
Furthermore, there is presence of the NTIOLIB_x64.sys which is part of the MSI Software. This driver is very well known to cause BSOD's. I would suggest you to immediately remove any MSI Software from the system and make sure that this driver is not present on the system by doing a system wide manual search for this driver file.

Remove Avast Antivirus using this **TOOL**.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.
