This memory dump also blames the NTFS file system.

Interestingly, the new ISCTD.sys driver showed up in this memory dump.
I have to wonder about your hard drive (or the SSD).

I'd suggest trying another hard drive in order to see if that fixes the problems (I suspect it because it had problems with the last CHKDSK operation).
But that will mean opening up the laptop - are you able to do this?
If the new HDD doesn't fix the problems, then I'd try another SSD.
If that doesn't fix the problems, then I'd suspect the motherboard (and that may not be worth repairing).

If you're not able to open up the laptop and try another HDD, then I suggest trying another clean installation of Windows.
Make sure that you have a set of recovery disks for the system and then wipe the hard drive (delete all partitions) and reinstall Windows without any additional programs.

Then see if the BSOD's continue - if so, it's probably the hardware.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
So, it's not likely that a physical hard drive problem is causing recurring file system problems.

This doesn't mean that the hard drive is good. But it's leaning that way for now.

This is a bit confusing, so let's try running Driver Verifier and see if it'll give us any clues. Please use these directions: Driver Verifier Settings (I quickly reviewed the previous posts and didn't see where we have run it yet - if I'm mistaken, please let me know).

Hi, I have tried Driver Verifier but it consistently BSOD before windows is loaded. I am unable to get into windows unless in safe mode. No dump files is logged.

As Driver Verifier crashes the system early in the boot process - and it's not saving memory dumps - this is most likely either an early boot start driver (before the crash collection elements are loaded) or a hardware problem. As it doesn't happen without Driver Verifier - I'd have to suspect that it's an early boot start driver (a software problem).

The next step is to go back and verify that you have updated ALL of the drivers for this system.
I'm particularly concerned with the bluetooth, Intel utility programs, and the Intel graphics drivers
The best way to do this is to:
    - download the most recent version
    - uninstall the current version
    - then install the freshly downloaded version.

After that, there's not much else to try here - except for the following:
    - DISM/SFC.exe
    - System Refresh
    - System Reset

Here's how to do the DISM thing:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.
If that doesn't fix it, then try to REFRESH the system: Refresh Windows 8

If that doesn't fix it, then try to RESET the system: Reset Windows 8

    Good luck!
