    Random BSODs Windows 8 Pro - Minidump/AppData/MEMORY

    Hello,

For the past couple of days my laptop (Lenovo Y500) has been experiencing random BSOD crashes.
Unfortunately, as of yet, these crashes happen when I'm NOT in front of my laptop and therefore I witness these BSODs after the laptop restarted itself.

I've attached two pictures of the BSOD (after the laptop restarted itself) that occurred earlier today, and the SF Debug zip folder. Since I'm no computer expert, I'll let them do the talking.

I should also point out that I've been using this particular laptop for over three years without any crashing problems till now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

As we can see from the Stack, the bugcheck occurred when the buffer was being copied into a MDL (Memory Descriptor List) and there are loads of tcpip , netio, ndis function calls. But since these drivers are provided by Windows, the chance of being them corrupt is extremely less but it may mean that there is some other component at fault which was using these function calls or is perhaps related to Networking.
Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on your system :-

According to the list, it appears that you are having two Antivirus installed on your system. It is strongly suggested and advised not to install more than one antivirus as it is bound to cause conflicts. You are having Baidu Antivirus alongwith ESET Antivirus which is outdated as well.

Please remove ESET Antivirus using this **TOOL**. If the crashes still continue then please remove the Baidu Antivirus as well from Control Panel as there is no uninstaller tool for this one in my opinion.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
