Hi TheJackal & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Unfortunately, the ZIP files provided by you do not contain any dump files :(

You would need to manually go to the path - "C:\Windows\Minidumps\" and ZIP up all the dump files and then upload them. You might need to copy the dump files to some other folder before you could ZIP them up.

If you are using a System Cleaner like CCleaner, TuneUpUtilities etc, please stop. These cleaners delete the dump files. If you have just used the cleaner, wait till the system crashes and then upload the dump files.

Upload the Dump files with your next post and we would analyze that :)

According to the dump file, the NVIDIA Driver has caused the problem. The bug check is the DPC Watchdog Violation which means that the NVIDIA Driver did not respond for a fixed number of ticks which caused the bug check. Or simply said, the value highlighted in RED must be lower than the value in BLUE always.

Please use the Display Driver Uninstaller from this **LINK** and then un-install the current version of the NVIDIA Driver installed on your system. Once it is finished removing the driver, restart the system.

Once this is done, please install the latest BETA Drivers from NVIDIA. If this doesn't work then please run the Display Driver Uninstaller and then see if the crashes still occur in the earlier versions of the NVIDIA Driver.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hi TheJackal ^_^,

Your dump file sadly is not revealing :(

Kindly turn on Driver Verifier according to this **GUIDE** and let it crash for few times. Once it crashes for few times, re-run the SF Diagnostic Tool and then upload the recent ZIP File.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Most of the dump files revealed that the bug check is being caused by the "HIDCLASS.sys" which is a component of Windows and hence chance of it being at fault is extremely low. HIDCLASS.sys is the driver which provides the interface between the USB Devices and the Operating System so it must mean that a USB Device's Drivers are causing the problems.

But, fortunately, one of the dump files revealed the driver causing the problem and I have highlighted it in BLUE. It is the driver for your Creative Sound Blaster Omega USB Device.
Add to the fact that it's driver dates back to 2009, I would suggest you to update this driver. If no update is present then kindly uninstall the software and disconnect this device from your system.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Glad to hear that the issue has been solved ^_^.

Most of the times, the BSOD's are caused because of the old drivers. In case of any further problems, do not hesitate to post back ^_^
