Check to be sure that the video card cooler is clear of dirt/dust/etc
    That it's fan is working
That any power connectors are firmly seated (and the card is firmly seated in it's slot)
And that the video card cooler is not getting hot air blown into it by another component

If you're technically able, you may also want to check to see if the video card cooler is properly and securely mounted to the video card (with thermal tape/paste included)
I think I'll skip this, because I will order another video card tonight. So, if the BSOD are caused by this specific card, they should stop.
I will report if it changed.

Some Gigabyte boards have had BSOD issues that were fixed with a recent UEFI/BIOS update (even though they had relatively new UEFI/BIOS installs - like you do)
FYI - if you have revision 1.0 of your board, then it's likely that the F5 version (which you have) is the latest available
I know, that I made a BIOS update shortly after receiving the motherboard (around June/July) and I think I installed the F5 version. So I guess I've got the newest BIOS.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Now we wait and see if the BSOD's have stopped.
If not, please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload it with your next post.
You may have to copy it to your Desktop in order to zip it up.
