As far as I can tell, the disk is in a "good" state:

Ok, I've just had another BSOD while trying to rewake the computer from standby... It said UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP 0x0000007f

Therefore, I repeated the initial steps (only the last .dmp file in the zip attached is new).

    The memory.dmp output is here: Microsoft (R) Windows Debugger Version 6.3.9600.17029 AMD64 Copyright (c) Mic - Pastebin.com

Your last BSOD is related to the NVIDIA video driver. Try to re-install the driver from Visual Computing Leadership from NVIDIA. When re-install the driver, select custom and on the next screen, click on complete clean install.

    Good luck.

    Thanks, I'll try this.

Do you think that might be related to a AMD driver I had installed? I had to switch my video card (and therefore the driver too) multiple times, because I got a AMD video card delivered which caused multiple system freezes.

Before installing the new card and the new driver I uninstalled the old driver, but you'll never know what these drivers do..

If the system continues to BSOD, please zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump (you may have to copy it to your Desktop in order to zip it up).

Yes, I've had a BSOD two days ago. It occured while awaking the computer from standby.

Here are the Minidumps you requested (the old ones are included too)

    Hi Sonstwas ^_^,

Unfortunately, Usasma is very busy and add to it that he is having problems with his system , hence here I am ^_^.
I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

As we can see from the Dump files, your NVIDIA Driver is causing the problems. Please run the Display Driver Uninstaller from this **LINK**. Once it has removed the NVIDIA Drivers from your system, restart your machine. Once it is done restarting, install the latest BETA drivers from NVIDIA. If that does not help, try running the Display Driver Uninstaller again and then installing a version which is few versions earlier than the current version.

Please make sure that the NVIDIA Streaming Service is also disabled.
    - While on the desktop, press [Windows Key + R] on the keyboard
    - Type "services.msc" (without quotes)
    - In the list of services that appears, locate "NVIDIA Streamer Service" and double-click it
    - If the Service status indicates anything other than "Stopped", click the Stop button
    - In the "Startup type" field, select "Disabled"
If you are still facing problems, please run the Furmark Test.
FurMark Video Stress Test - free from here: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
    FurMark Setup:
    - If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
    - In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test (Looks like it's "BURN-IN test" now)
    - Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
NOTE: Set the alarm to go off at 90บC. Then watch the system from that point on. If the system doesn't display a temperature, watch it constantly and turn it off at the first sign of video problems. DO NOT leave it it unmonitored, it can DAMAGE your video card!!!
If the temperature gets above 100บC, quit the test - the video card is overheating.
    - Click "Quit" to exit[/quote]
    What you are looking for:
    - excessive heat from the GPU (report back with anything over 90บC)
    - problems with the video display (picture is distorted or jumbled, picture turns black, etc)
    - problems reported by the program (I haven't seen this, but "just in case")

    Hi blueelvis

Just for your information, this morning I've had another unexpected kernel mode trap (see dumpfile attached).

    1.)
I've uninstalled the NVIDIA driver with the tool you linked for me.

Then I reinstalled the NVIDIA beta driver which seems to be 340.43, but it says there is an update (340.52), which I've had installed before the driver uninstall (I dont know if beta and normal driver have different numbers, but it seems that the normal driver I've had installed is newer than the last beta driver).

I will monitor my computer if it BSODs with the old/beta 340.43 driver.

    2.)
I've disabled the NVIDIA Streaming stuff

    3.)
Running FurMark on this GPU does not seems to be a really good idea. The temperature starts at 82 ฐC, reaches after 15-20s 90ฐC and after less than a minute it goes up to 100ฐC.
I've attached the GPU-Z log (test probably starts at 2014-10-06 14:15:57 and ends at 2014-10-06 14:16:45).

I didnt noticed any display "issues" (distortion etc.).

    Again, thanks for your help

Edit: Just another question: What do you think, is it possible that *all* BSODs eventually are caused by the NVIDIA driver? Because I'm planing to buy another GPU (not because of the BSOD, my actual GPU is just a loaner). So if all BSODs are caused by the NVIDIA driver I wouldn't/shouldn't have the problems with a new GPU + driver, right?

I'd strongly suggest investigating the cause of the high temperatures when running FurMark.

Check to be sure that the video card cooler is clear of dirt/dust/etc
    That it's fan is working
That any power connectors are firmly seated (and the card is firmly seated in it's slot)
And that the video card cooler is not getting hot air blown into it by another component

If you're technically able, you may also want to check to see if the video card cooler is properly and securely mounted to the video card (with thermal tape/paste included)

Another test would be to open up the case and point a house fan into it (on high) - and see if that decreases the frequency of the BSOD's.

I don't see anything significant in the memory dump. But it is one that is frequently seen with hardware/overheating problems.
Also, I do notice that the nVidia Streaming Service driver is still loading.
I don't consider this a problem as the later versions (yours is a later version - from 6 Sep 2014) don't seem to have the problem that earlier versions did.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

I can't recall if I've asked you to look for a UEFI/BIOS update.
Some Gigabyte boards have had BSOD issues that were fixed with a recent UEFI/BIOS update (even though they had relatively new UEFI/BIOS installs - like you do)
FYI - if you have revision 1.0 of your board, then it's likely that the F5 version (which you have) is the latest available
