Getting random BSOD (up to 6-7 a day) mostly ntoskrnl.exe

Hello and thx for the assist. I have been experiencing many BSODs which started after I got a new pc.
I followed the usual 'check cable connections', 'run on 1 ramstick', ect. All to no avail.
I have ran a memtest which showed 1 of the 3 new DDR memorysticks was faulty. However after replacing them with my old DDR which have worked fine I still got a BSOD earlier today.

I am getting on average 5-6 BSODs per day ranging from ntoskrnl.exe to bwcw8x64.sys / wfplwfs.sys / dxgmms1.sys / verifierext.sys.
Also it seems that my norton antivirus causes some issues.

I have updated all drivers, running the latests nVidia drivers and reinstalled Norton several times.

After upgrading my PC all hardware was new except for the CPU-cooler, GPU, HDD, SSD and Blu-ray drive.

EraserUtilDrv11410.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

Please follow the below steps, one step at a time :-

 1. It appears that your Network Driver was trying to expand and collapse stacks while the crash happened. Furthermore, it appears that you have the Killer Network Drivers. Please follow this **GUIDE** to make sure that the Qualcomm Atheros Service is not running. Also, see if there is any update to it from the OEM/Manufacturer.
 2. There is presence of the NTIOLIB_X64.sys which is very well known to cause problems. I would suggest you to remove any MSI Software which is present on your system. Once you have removed the software, do a restart and then make sure that this driver is not present on the system by doing a system wide manual search for this driver file. If it is present, please let me know and I will give you some further instructions.
 3. There are lots of dumps having lots of Network Activity involved when the system crashed. It appears that there is presence of both AVG and Norton on the system. I would strongly advise you to remove both of them. Please remove AVG using this **TOOL**. Please remove Norton using this **TOOL**.
 4. According to your MSINFO report, there is an unknown USB Device connected to the system. I would advise you to remove all the USB Devices (except Keyboard & Mouse if present) till the time we are troubleshooting. Also, remove your Razer Device.
 5. There is a lot of NTFS related activity as well in the some of the dump files so please check for an updated version of Intel Rapid Storage from MSI.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
