    BSOD video_tdr_failure

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here so let me know if I did anything wrong.
About two weeks ago my computer suddenly started showing different colored squiggly lines all over the monitor and then displaying a BSOD. I did not install any new programs, hardware, ect.

The problem originally occurred only when I was in the midst of surfing the web or just moving files around but has now gotten to the point were I can't even load the login screen sometimes before it freezes and restarts. I have tried multiple fresh reinstalls including upgrading from windows 7 to windows 8.1. I have checked, uninstalled, and updated all of the drivers relating to the graphics card.

The problem does not occur when in safe mode though.

Here is the zip file from the SF debug tool
    Thank you for your time!

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Try these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
Start with the video tests as you've stated that you had video issues just before the BSOD.

Your BIOS dates from 2007. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one).

There is a very strong possibility that this system isn't compatible w/Win8.1 We will continue to suggest fixes for you, but it's up to you to decide when to decide if it's compatible or not. At that point your best bet is to downgrade to Win7 or even Vista.

No Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 70 to 90 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

You have a USB Wireless 802.11 b/g Adaptor:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
    These devices aren't working:
eHome Infrared Receiver (USBCIR) USB\VID_147A&PID_E018\000032CE This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

Consumer IR Devices ROOT\SYSTEM\0001 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Please update the drivers for this device from the manufacturer's website (don't use Windows Update).

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
I have seen issues with Plex Media Server - but not enough to state that it is a BSOD cause. If you can live without it, I'd suggest uninstalling it to see if that helps stop the BSOD's

There are some Live Kernel Events in the WER section of MSINFO32, Please do the following:
    - open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
    - expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
    - right click on Administrative Events
    - select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
    - save the file as Admin.evtx
    - zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
    - upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

There is a mixture of STOP 0x124 errors and STOP 0x116 errors.
Please start with the steps at this link: Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions: Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
If that doesn't fix it, then run these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics (start with the video tests)

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
