Your BIOS dates from 2012. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one).

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.
Processor may be overclocked!
Expected Frequency: 3400
Actual Frequency: 3503
Overclock Ratio: 1.03029

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

Don't worry about the overclock (for now) if you didn't do it yourself.
Some systems have the ability to overclock themselves using the Intel TurboBoost technology.

While it's possible that the motherboard is dying, we're unable to tell if it is or isn't.
There are no effective tests for motherboards (as it'd be more expensive to purchase the test than to purchase a new motherboard).

It is most likely that this is a hardware problem.
Completing these diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
and then doing this procedure: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting
will enable you to come close to isolating the problem.

If it is the motherboard, you'll have to rule out everything else.
Then purchase a new motherboard and see if that's the problem.
Be sure that you purchase a motherboard from a place where you can return it - so you can get your money back (most places will insist upon a 15% restocking fee).

Good luck!

As u said i uninstalled daemon tools...i also performed a memetest and prime95. memetest reported no errors. prime95 tested my cpu the computer stayed on with no problems. i have an ssd and a harddrive. the os is installed on the ssd and the harddrive is used for downloads. should i test both or just the ssd since that has the os on it?

There aren't any tests for SSD's AFAIK. Test the HDD and see what it says (it can affect the entire system if it has problems).

Also test the 2 different video tests and the CPU test
