BSOD on new PC

Ok, my friend recently built new gaming pc featuring r9 290x and i7.
Im not sure what components are used and dont know much about blue screen he encounters.
He is not PC expert so i cant get much info about BSOD.
I will attach minidump folder here so any help would be much appreciated!
If anyone could tell me what is causing BSOD that would be awesome!!!!

Beyond this, as there were only 3 memory dumps in the upload, I have these 4 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available updates for the system from the motherboard manufacturer (and the manufacturer of any cards that were added onto the system - such as the video card).
3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

I suspect video, so start with those drivers and those hardware diagnostics.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Touchscreen on laptop/32" Toshiba on HDMI (laid the Sharp TV on a mouse and cracked the screen!)

    One Samsung 1tB drive - 5400 rpm. Gonna switch to a 7200/10000 rpm or an SSD (if I can find $500 for a 1tB SSD!)
