BSOD after wake up: driver power state failure

Sometimes after waking up from sleep mode I get the BSOD driver power state failure. This happened only twice so it doesn't happen every time i wake up my computer.

The WER section of MSINFO32 hints at video issues, so try this:
- update the video drivers from the manufacturer's website
- run the video stress tests from this link: Hardware Diagnostics
