    Random BSOD during normal use?

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing here, because I've never had an issue like the one that has presented itself to me over the past few days.

Anywho, I get what seem to be random BSOD's at the most random times. I could be on youtube, facebook, steam, playing a game or any program. I ran a debug on the minidump, only to be told it was csrss.exe or whatever. I have no idea what it's used for but must be important I guess. I recently upgraded my PC so, I'll give the old specs, and new, and the dump.

Original Specs : Asus P5QL-SE Motherboard
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400.
    4gb DDR2 RAM
    Sapphire Radeon HD 4670 512mb.
HDD's = 500gb WD Green, 640gb WD, Seagate 500gb. All less than two years old. OS is on WD Green.

New specs = (Copied from Speccy so ignore temps)
    Operating System
    Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
    CPU
    Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz 27 C
    Haswell 22nm Technology
    RAM
    8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
    Motherboard
    Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H81M-HD3 (SOCKET 0) 28 C
    Graphics
    SONY TV (1920x1080@60Hz)
    Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Gigabyte)
    1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) 34 C
    Storage
596GB Western Digital WDC WD6400AAKS-75A7B0 (SATA)
    465GB Seagate ST3500413AS (SATA)
    465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AADS-00M2B0 (SATA) 27 C
7GB SanDisk Cruzer Switch USB Device (USB)
    Optical Drives
    ASUS DRW-24D3ST
    Audio
    AMD High Definition Audio Device

Those are the new specs.... dump file will follow this.

It's driving me nuts because they're so random! Why can't it be when I open a certain app or something? Then at least there would be order
I'd also like to point out that I am fully updated.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

The memory dumps are consistent, but we need the memory dumps themselves so that we can massage the output a bit (and maybe extract more information). We also need some reports - but all that will be gathered by the app that I suggest in the next paragraph....

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs.

Also, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

As there is a lot of equipment on the system - what is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

If you were having BSOD's in both the old and new systems - how did you install the OS on the new system (was it by installing the old OS hard drive in the new computer, by cloning it to another hard drive, by doing a clean install, or by some other method?)
