Please follow the below steps, one step at a time :-

    1. Please remove the left over components of the Mcafee using this **TOOL**.
    2. Please update the Netgroup Packet Filter Driver which is the part of the WinPCAP Packet Capture Library. If no update is available, I would suggest you to remove the software till the time we are troubleshooting.
    3. Please remove Client Connect LTD from the Add/Remove. It is adware. Please see this **LINK** for more information.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

    Thank you for answering....
I have tried to find the cause on my own, using windbg and some other tools. But since I'm really new to all this I didn't know which driver is causing the BSODs.
Actually, I have already used the MCPR tool, so thats not the solution. Secondly, the BSODs ONLY happen when I'm downloading torrents with my school's wifi (which is pretty fast here in Indonesia). Thats why I'll check it in a few days, since today is Saturday.

    It happened again

It happened again, right after I open bittorrent. This really annoys me, since I've never had this problem on my old Toshiba.
I already updated my drivers (in Windows Update), followed the instructions above, .The strangest thing is that it only happens when I'm connected to my school internet and when I open torrents. Please help...

As we can see from the Callstack, there is a lot of Network Activity going on and ultimately, the NETIO.sys caused the bugcheck as it was trying to free a POOL block which was already freed and hence the bugcheck.

I see that there is the presence of the Softether VPN on the system. I would suggest you to uninstall it before proceeding further.

Now, since the Dump file does not contain much information, I would suggest you to run Driver Verifier according to this **GUIDE** and let it crash for few times.

Turn it on when you reach School and do the normal things. I am wondering if you are doing some Network Bypassing using the VPN to bypass the filtering? :P

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thank you for the advice Bluelvis. Yeah I use Softether VPN because the filtering here is really nasty.
I actually wanted to use Driver Verifier when I read it on the internet, but I got a little scared after reading about the warnings and stuff they say at the page. I should have done it along time ago.
So, after using it as instructed in the guide and restarting my computer, my notebook crash right after booting, it crashed 4 times before I can go into safe mode. System restore, then my computer goes really slow for a while. But it created a minidump file (instead of 4) included in this post. What could probably cause it?

    Hi Accountme ^_^,

Aah the filtering. I do it using a different way which works every time and cannot be blocked :P

Anyways, the Driver Verifier has found the culprit but before that the drumroll :P
Below is an analysis of the dump file uploaded by you :-
    Code:
BAD_POOL_CALLER (c2)The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000009b, Attempt to allocate pool with a tag of zero. This would make the pool untrackable and worse, corrupt the existing tag tables.

Arg3: 0000000000000010, Size of allocation in bytes

So, the culprit in this case is your SoftEther VPN as it was caught by the Driver Verifier making a bad pool request.

So, I strongly suggest you to remove SoftEther VPN. Once removed try it for a day on your school's Wifi inside the filtering and see if it BSOD's or not.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

I have already uninstalled Softether, and because selow_x64.sys isn't removed I deleted it from C:\windows\system32\drivers. And I ran driver verifier again, and then I connected and opened my torrent. Then it's not [bad pool caller] anymore, it evolved into [special pool detected memory corruption]. It crash normally even after using driver verifier, maybe because I deleted the .sys file manually? The dump file is attached.

So after the test above, I turned off driver verifier. Before I restart my notebook it BSODed again with driver verifier violation... or something. The dump is also attached.

You must verify that Verifier is turned off.
To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Display existing settings" and follow the prompts to see what's selected and what's not. If everything is marked NO, then let us know

It is possible for memory dumps to be labeled as Driver Verifier when they're not actually Driver Verifier enabled.
Most often they are the STOP 0xC4 (like yours), but most often they're video related (yours is network related).

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
Remove Daemon Tools and then wait to see if the system BSOD's again.
If so, then run Driver Verifier again (using these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings )

Arg4: 0000000000000021, Caller is trying to free an incorrect Special Pool memory block.
        - The value of parameter 2 is stored at the very beginning of the memory
page that contains the virtual address being freed (parameter 1).
        - The value of parameter 3 is computed as the number of bytes
available between the virtual address being freed (parameter 1)
and the end of that memory page.
        - Under normal system behavior, the computed number of bytes (parameter 3)
is equal to the number of bytes stored in the header (parameter 2)
rounded up to an alignment of 8 bytes on 32 bit systems and 16 bytes
        on 64 bit systems.
        - On this system, the value of parameter 3 was smaller than the value of
parameter 2, so either the caller specified an incorrect virtual
address to be freed, or the beginning of this Special Pool memory page
        was corrupted.
