I have NVIDIA Geforce Experience install so basically i always have the latest driver, so idk how is it possible that i would have an outdated nvidia driver.

so far, i have ran, memtest86+, crystaldiskinfo and Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows that i got off the westerner digital link in your website. they all showed no problems. what other diagnostic test would you recommend? prime95? and is there any test that test the CPU, i noticed on my last crash, 2 core on my cpu reached 75c. could it be that my cpu is overheating?

    Curiouser and curiouser!
    Try this:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

Go to the nVidia website and update the drivers. If it's already updated, then no harm will be done. If it's not updated, then it'll update.

Prime95 and the Intel CPU tests (you already ran this one) will test your CPU: Hardware Diagnostics
    Also run the video tests

75șC is pretty hot, please monitor the max temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
Overheating can cause shutdowns and BSOD's

i just removed, the nvidia stream service, i still got random bdos, so that isnt it. when i get my bdos my computer is still on, it just restarts automatically so i dont think its the psu. i tested ram, they seem to be fine. i ran prime95 but 10min into it my cpu got to like 85+ so i stopped it because i didnt want to damage it. i just ordered a new cpu cooler, maybe ill ran it again then. i also dont think its my video, cuz none of my games are that graphic intensive, and the random bdos will happen even if im just browsing the web. so idk. it's the most weird and random thing ive ever ran across computer-wise. i going to do a clean reinstall and not going to use my ssd yet soon, ill let u know how that goes i guess.

A lot of the symptoms that you describe are possibly due to CPU overheating.
    Make sure that:
    - the CPU makes good contact with the cooler (thermal paste)
    - that the cooler is free of dirt and dust
    - that the cooler fan is running
    - that the system is allowing cool (cooler) air to get into the cooler

A way to test this is to open up the case and point a house fan into the case (on high) and see if that lessens the BSOD's

    Good luck!
