Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been awfully busy over the last week.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs.

Do you mean that you've had 200+ BSOD's while running the Intel Processor Diagnostic? If so, I'd have to seriously wonder about the processor even if the diagnostic says that it passed. I'd suggest trying the rest of the diagnostics here: Hardware Diagnostics

Try the Prime95 test and run the LongFFT's and the ShortFFT's tests (along with the Blend Test) as they will stress the CPU differently.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

ICCWDT.sys Wed Aug 18 04:27:45 2010 (4C6B9981)
IIntel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=ICCWDT.sys

Beyond this, as there were only 2 memory dumps in the upload, I have these 3 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
3. Also run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

I previously have had 99+BSOD is probably more accurate.

Prior to I Run:
Intel@processor Diagnostic Tool x64

So I was a quite a lot amazed that Intel PASS recently.

May not be (does not look as bad as:) on my Notebook then  eh

Since I installed my Win 8.1 x64 two months ago I've only had BSOD when I watch online YouTube-videos & playing online Casino

Subsequently, I have done the things you suggested me and meanwhile today I got a BSOD.

I am not very certain where and how to replace, update the (WDT) Is ICCWDT.sys single driver?

- Worst case (WDT) does not show up on my Aptio® V

ICCWDT.sys is most likely a part of the Intel Management Engine software on your system.
I think that this is the proper page for your model laptop: CLEVO Driver Download
Scroll down to the entry that reads "Intel Management Engine Interface driver (9.0.0.1287) for Windows 8." - then download and install it.

Only 52 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 70 to 90 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

The problem is looking more and more like a hardware or low-level driver problem.
If the ICCWDT.sys update doesn't stop the BSOD's, then run the free hardware diagnostics from here: Hardware Diagnostics

Please uninstall this problem program (SystemRequirementsLabs CanYouRunIt):
Driver Reference Table - cpudrv64.sys
The driver dates from 2009

Post back with the results of the diagnostics and we'll move on from there (please also rerun the Intel CPU test as the last thing).
Good luck!

Since the AMI BIOS Setup Utility manual for Aptio (2.15.1236) is not available on American Megatrends Inc. website.

I was able to find a alternative solution here http://www.dfi.com/Upload/manual/ACP/COMExpress_HM960_Manual.pdf

By setting up access level to Administrator gives you access to more advanced options, such as:

Perhaps it is time to start registering myself as Administrator, eh :D

i'll be back..

I'm not familiar with those parts of the AMI BIOS.
I suggest using the BIOS that Clevo offers - as it may have customizations that weren't made by the DFI company.

Have you installed the Intel Management Engine program from the Clevo website as I suggested?

Driver Verifier

I installed the Intel Management Engine program from the Clevo website as you suggested. I have used the opportunity of (carrona.org) to run the Driver Verifier and came up with the result of BSOD - all happened after windows was started!
I restarted windows program throughout the three times..dump files in the zip folder.

"Intel Generic drivers vs Computer manufacturer Drivers"

Intel staff proposes: You can download the driver for your graphics controller from the following link: Intel® Driver Update Utility In case our driver does not work properly in your system, please install the driver from your system manufacturer.
Several issues regarding Intel igdkmd64.sys recent BSODs this summer..
https://communities.intel.com/message/238389#238389

I will have to visit CLEVO website to obtain the proper graphic driver If - due to the present intel igdkmd64 graphic driver causes additional errors BSODs

clean install Windows does it work? As I have previously installed on this Clevo: Win.7x64 Ultimate and Win.8x64 pro all ended up having the same result as current BSODs regularly having Win 8.1x64 pro installed running with integrated Intel HD 4600 graphics.

BSODs regularly quite odd that happens to brand new machines
hugely frustrating!

Thanks again Sir for the Support :)

Nice work with the debugging report!
But only 1 memory dump in the uploaded files

On systems with dual graphics adapters (mostly laptops), often the laptop manufacturer will modify the drivers so that they'll work nicely together (and to make them work with the proprietary switching software). As such I only recommend using the video drivers from the laptop manufacturer's website.

More suggestions on STOP 0x116 errors here: Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

Please ensure that you turn Driver Verifier off. To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings", then click on "Finish" and reboot the system for the changes to take effect.

Ensure that you have the latest updates for Flash Player from Download a free trial or buy Adobe products | Adobe downloads

A clean install is a valid troubleshooting tool. If you install windows clean, using different installation media or different OS versions - and you still experience BSOD's - then it's most likely that this is a hardware problem (rather than a software/driver problem). A clean install includes ALL available Windows Updates, and verifying that Device Manager has no problem devices. There may be updates available from the manufacturer's website, but those should be chosen carefully - to avoid introducing something that may actually cause a BSOD. The point here is to make the installation as close to the way that Microsoft intended it as is possible.

Just FYI - here's how I do BSOD analysis':
- first I rule out 3rd party drivers (over 90% of BSOD's are due to this)
- then I rule out hardware (less than 10% of BSOD's are due to this)
- then I look at Windows problems (less than 1% of BSOD's are due to this - as long as Windows Updates are fully up to date).

I saw several of the diagnostics that I suggest in your MSINFO32.
Have you run all of these ( Hardware Diagnostics )?
If so, what were the results?
Also, please let us know which tests you've run and which you haven't run.

Have you run Driver Verifier? If not, then please do so using these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

While not a particularly accurate diagnostic tool, I find that those memory dumps with few 3rd party drivers (like yours) will generally be a hardware problem (or could even be a Windows problem).
In this case, it "feels" like a hardware problem to me - again, not a real accurate tool.

As this is a laptop, it's usually easier to work on possible Windows problems first (as hardware problems aren't real easy to fix on a laptop). This presumes that you haven't found anything with the hardware diagnostics.
Also, please monitor your system's temperatures with this free tool: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
If you're already using it, please let us know what the temperatures are.

As fixing Windows, please start with this:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.
If this doesn't help, I'd next suggest a Refresh of the system.
And, if able, then I'd suggest a RESET (which will wipe everything out!).

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.
