Your version is not the one provided by the Dell. Dell's website has a NVIDIA Driver of June. Please note that on laptops it is strongly suggested to use only the drivers provided by the OEM as they tweak the drivers to work for the Switching purposes.

Please run this **TOOL** and then uninstall the NVIDIA Drivers completely. Once it is uninstalled, restart your system. After this, download the NVIDIA Driver for your laptop model from this **LINK**. Install this one and then restart.
