Hello all, my laptop has been repeatedly getting this error at random times during normal use. Whether it's browsing the web, coming out of sleep mode, or even typing in Word, it can happen. I do not have an SSD in my laptop, I have seen solutions to this error by updating SSD drivers. Also, I am not playing games when the error happens, also something people said could cause the BSOD. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the dumped info is attached. Thanks!

Hi Capsar & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Unfortunately the ZIP file attached by you does not contain any dump files for analysis. Please re run the Tool again for at least 15 minutes or till it says that it has finished the operation.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.

Hello, I re-ran the tool completely, and it still did not grab any dump files :( The blue-screen has been happening repeatedly, sometimes more than twice in one day. I will attach the most recent SF zip, but I could not find any dump files in the Minidump folder. Any suggestions?
The laptop is set to generate the dump files on a BSOD.
Thanks!

Well that is pretty strange. See if you have got a large Memory Dump file at the location - "C:\Windows\Memory.DMP". If it is there please zip it up and then upload using a hoster like OneDrive or Mediafire.

If the file is not there, see if you could use the Driver Verifier and check whether that generates the Dump files or not.
Here is the guide :-
Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers - Windows 7 Help Forums

Also, when you get the BSOD, could you please tell me the complete message it shows. There is a component generally in the brackets which is shown.
