BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) on Shutdown/Reboot

I swapped my motherboard/CPU, and mostly got away without having to reinstall windows, save this BSOD that occurs whenever I shutdown or restart my computer. The computer hangs up on the "Shutting Down" or "Restarting" screen for a significant period of time before producing this BSOD. It seems to be caused by USBHub3, but I don't know how to go about fixing it. All Windows Updates are installed.

Here is the debug output:

According to the STACK, there was presence of the "usbccgp.sys" which is related to the Microsoft Lifecam Studio. Could you please check if you are getting the BSOD when the Lifecam is plugged out? If it does not cause any further BSOD's then please either find the updates to it or uninstall the device along with it's software.

It appears that the Intel Management Engine has been disabled according to the MSINFo32. Was this disabled deliberately? If yes then please tell why?

Also, I have highlighted some drivers in RED which are part of the ASUS Bloatware. Please make sure that the ASUS Bloatware is removed from the system and the drivers do not show up in the Manual System Wide search. If they do, then please rename those driver files.

Please update the drivers which are highlighted in BOLD as they are old.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.
