Please follow the below steps, one step at a time :-

  1. Please uninstall the current NVIDIA Drivers using this **TOOL** and then install the latest Drivers from MSI Support Page for your laptop model. If this does not help then please re-run the Tool again and install the latest BETA Driver from NVIDIA website.
  2. Your issue seems to be caused by a delayed TDR and the resetting of the Graphics Driver and hence you get a black screen for a moment. Could you please follow the registry tweak (Opened by pressing Windows Key + R and then typing in "regedit") :-
    Navigate to

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ GraphicsDrivers]

    Then create a a REG_DWORD file called TdrDelay and set the value to 60

    ex. "TdrDelay"=dword:00000060 (60 seconds)

    Then navigate to

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ GraphicsDrivers\DCI]

    and Create a Value called

    "Timeout"=dword:00000060
  3. Please update the drivers highlighted in BLACK.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.
