SF Diag - Daily BSOD Usually While Gaming or Shortly After

Hey Guys, really need some help here. I've had my PC for 4 Years Now and for the past year or so I have been getting the BSOD. I've taken my machine in, had it tested, repaired etc. The last issue was RAM and had it replaced and the computer ran fine for almost 5 months until recently. Ok enough of the storytelling. Here is my DMP file using the SF Tool.

Thanks!

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one).

You have a NETGEAR WNDA4100 N900 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
It looks like you also have a built in wireless card. Why do you use the USB device instead of it?

The lone memory dump is a STOP 0x124 - WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
Most often this is either a hardware error, or a compatibility problem.
Beyond this, as there was only 1 memory dump in the upload, I have these 3 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all (it appears that your system is up to date, but please check in order to be sure)
2. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
3. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

I removed the 3rd party driver, my system has passed the diagnostic tests and all of my drivers are up to date. I already had updated my BIOS after a few sites suggested me to do so due to my BSOD. The only reason I use the USB Wireless adapter because the built in adapter is of cheap quality and the signal isn't very strong. I have had that adapter in my system for over a year now and never had any issues with it. At this point I really do not know what to do other than trash the system. I really want to refrain from having to put more money into fixing it or buying a new one.

I'm late for work now, but will post back either this afternoon or tomorrow AM.
There's still lot's that we can do without putting more money into the system.
But it's your decision as to when to stop trying things.

OK so far after removing the 3rd party drivers and re-updating my BIOS I have not seen a BSOD. There were also some new Windows updates I installed but I doubt those have anything to do with it considering I had the BSOD quite a few times before. I ran some more Mem tests, CPU tests and Temp tests and nothing seems to be out of place. The only other problem I seem to be having is a screen flicker. It tends to flicker when I switch between Windows or open up a video on Youtube or Netflix etc. Could my Graphics card be the issue? I have the strangest feeling the problem is either coming from the GPU, Power Supply or Hard Drive. Sometimes aside from the screen flickers there is sort of a cracking sound coming from my comp but that has been there for years now and it sounds like the plastic case is moving or something. Thanks Again!

Windows Updates can fix BSOD's. IMO it's the most critical thing to do when experiencing BSOD's
If you continue to have BSOD's, then please zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump. You may have to copy it to your Desktop in order to zip it up.

Have you run Driver Verifier as I suggested in a previous post? If so, what happened?
I'd also suggest starting to backup your data, as one of the future steps will be to reinstall Windows "clean"

Have you run the video diagnostics that were listed on the hardware diagnostic page that I linked to: http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.thml Also, take a look inside the case to see if the video card cooler is blocked (dust/dirt/hairballs/etc), that any power connectors are firmly seated, and that the fan is working (if so equipped).

One of the video tests (the OCCT test) also has a PSU test. I'm not familiar with the test myself, so you'll have to read the documentation for it.

Have you run diagnostics on the hard drive(s)? If not, here's the link to the various hard drive tests: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

Update

So today I experienced a Freeze. I started up the computer and within 10 min it froze. After that, there hasn't been another freeze. I have run video and hard drive diagnostics and everything checked out. Instead of running Driver Verifier, I manually checked every piece of hardware for driver updates and everything seemed to be up to date. My data is all backed up. I make sure to always keep my data safe due to bad experiences before. Something strange I did notice is 3 GB of my ram just went missing. I had 9gb and now 6 are only showing. First time I have seen this problem.

I attached the new dump file.

Just a quick update. My Ram went back up to 9gb? What the heck would cause it to change like that? I haven't touched it.
Attached is the new dump file from the most recent BSOD.

I've seen the RAM thing on one of my own systems. Never figured it out - but never had problems with the system.
Run memory diagnostics (both MemTest86+ and Prime95) - Hardware Diagnostics
Run CPU diagnostics from the same link

Driver Verifier stresses drivers in order to produce BSOD's - and hopefully they'll point at the driver that's to blame.
Just updating drivers doesn't cover all the possibilities - so running Driver Verifier is still suggested ( Driver Verifier Settings )

Memory dumps still suggest hardware.

Update your AMD Audio Bus Lower Filter driver - I suspect that this is either from the AMD chipset (if the system has this), or from the AMD video card. Please update with the latest, Win8.1 compatible version from the Dell website.

Try the built in wireless card temporarily (after removing the USB wireless and it's software) - just to test.
You can feel free to go back to the wireless USB device if it doesn't stop the BSOD's
These drivers date from before Win8.1 was released, so there's a chance that they're just not compatible.

Remove the Logitech software - it dates from 2009.
Again, if it doesn't stop the BSOD's, feel free to reinstall the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.
This isn't a critical step as the Logitech stuff doesn't appear in all memory dumps.
