Hey guys I'm a new member of this community and i hope you can help me :):)

I bought my laptop about 7-8 months ago, and after a while the BSOD started to appear... I sent my Lenovo for repair, and because the SSD wasn't from them, they said that the problem is in it. I changed it with a regular working HDD, but still have the BSODs... I use it for work only, once i tried to run a game, but i couldn't play because of "THe probram stop working" and again BSOD... now I can't work on it, because all the programs "Stop working" and the BSODs are more frequent than usual ... Sorry for the bad English... i hope you understand me. :)

Oh, and I just found 1.05GB dump file in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Thank you !

According to the Dump files it seems that you are running Driver Verifier. May I ask you why? If you did not set up the Driver Verifier then please run this command in an Elevated Command Prompt :- "Verifier /reset"

Furthermore, in many of your dump files, the Daemon Tools is blamed by the Driver Verifier. Please remove the Daemon Tools and then make sure you remove the SPTD as well using this **GUIDE**.

Let me know how it goes. I will provide a more detailed analysis if you want as I am in college at the moment and Internet Access if filtered <_<

Hello, Thank you for your help !

The reason i ran the Driver Verifier is that i tried to fix the problem by myself, I followed a few steps in other forum, and yesterday i removed the Deamon Tools, because of the Driver Verifier. Ater i removed the Deamon Tools, i had 3 more BSODs...it seems that this is not the problem... i tried to remove the SPTD as you said, but when i open the installer/uninstaller it said "No SPTD version was detected." so... i probably removed it with the Deamon Tools..

What i should do next.. ? If i format C:\ and install the windows again..is that going to fix the problem ? Because once i had 2 OS -Win7 and Win8, when i was using 7 or 8 i still had the BSODs... :(

Thank You !

I have highlighted a driver in RED. Please update the ACPI Driver from the Lenovo Support Website for your model. Also, try updating the highlighted drivers and see if it is still BSODing or not. Till the time we are troubleshooting, please remove Apple Software as well.

If the issues still persist, then please check your RAM with this **GUIDE** and then post back the results. Let me know how it goes ^_^.

Hi again,

I did most of the things you said, i tried to update all the drivers you highlighted, i did not update WibuKey because its like a crack for my ArchiCAD... after that i downloaded newer versions of some drivers from Lenovo Website and after that i decided to scan the system for viruses, and... the BSOD came up... :( :( i didnt do the memtest yet, but when i open the BlueScreenView it seems that the ntoskrnl.exe is the reason of the last 3 BSODs. What should i do.. :/

Thank you again !

EDIT: And how can i find the dtsoftbus01.sys driver ? I tried with the "search" option but it couldnt be found ?

Hi,

Apparently, all the recent Dump files blame Memory Corruption as the root cause. Please post back the results of the Memtest. Below is a list of 3rd party drivers :-
