Hey guys, im sorry for asking your help, i just dont know where to ask T.T

i just bought this pc last week, and yesterday i encountered my 1st BSOD in windows 8.1 (yay)

it happens while im watching some youtube videos.

the bsod did happen once while im playing ffxiv 14, but because of thee default factory setting, there is no record about that.

im using windows 8.1 i7 processor, hp envy 700-200d factory made

and here is the log from event log, dmp file attached after the sf file

The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000028, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8000073c557). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 080614-17265-01.

Thanks for your kind words ^_^. Let me know how it goes ^_^. If it doesn't work, I will post further instructions on how to update :)
