Windows 8.1 irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD

Hey Guys! This is my first post on this website, so I hope I'm posting in the correct category. Anyway, I've had this BSOD issue with my pc for as long as I can remember, and I really don't know what to do. Anytime my computer goes idle for a certain period of time, it will just restart with a BSOD screen, and the only error I receive is the "irql_not_less_or_equal" error. I've looked online, and it looks like it is a driver issue, but I have a tough time figuring out what driver would be causing me issues only when I leave my computer alone for a certain period of time. It only happens randomly, like I could be gone for two minutes and come back to my computer shutting down, or I could leave for +3 hours and it still be on my desktop. I recently got more fed up with this problem (As before it was just a minor inconvenience of logging back in), and have wanted to get it fixed.

I recently looked in my event viewer for windows 8.1, and have found 131 events of this issue occurring. And every time it is the same problem.

As you can see it says "kernel-power" (event 41), and each time I get a BSOD it shows up as an irql error.
This is the latest crash report on event viewer:

There's only 1 memory dump in the uploaded files. Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs. Let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until the app itself says that it's done).

Please uninstall LogMeIn (or any related remote control software) as it's drivers date from 2007. It uses these drivers:
lmimirr.sys Tue Apr 10 18:32:45 2007 (461C108D)
LMIRfsDriver.sys Mon Jul 14 12:26:56 2008 (487B7E50)

Please update your Logitech drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version (these drivers date from 2009). It uses these drivers:
LGBusEnum.sys Mon Nov 23 20:36:48 2009 (4B0B38B0)
LGVirHid.sys Mon Nov 23 20:36:48 2009 (4B0B38B0)

The lone BSOD blames the software from Newsoftwares.net. It dates from 2011, so it may not be compatible w/Win8.1 Please uninstall it to see if that stops the BSOD's. It uses these drivers:
WinVDEdrv.sys Fri Jul 15 07:24:05 2011 (4E202355)
WinVDEdrv6.sys Wed Aug 3 00:38:39 2011 (4E38D0CF)
WinFLAdrv.sys Tue Sep 6 04:17:37 2011 (4E65D721)

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

AsUpIO.sys Mon Aug 2 22:47:59 2010 (4C57835F)
ASUS hardware monitoring software related

IIntel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=ICCWDT.sys

There may not be an update for this one:
AiChargerPlus.sys Wed Apr 18 21:17:35 2012 (4F8F67AF)
Asus Charger Driver [br] Likely BSOD cause - haven't seen recently (15Jan2013)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AiChargerPlus.sys

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
