There is a service called "Gigabyte Adjust" which is present in the log file. Disable that using the same instructions in my previous post and see if the regeneration stops or not. By the way, does the PC crash if the GDRV.sys is deleted and you play games without restarting the system?

    Hi Kingzolo,

Unfortunately whenever I try to open the Dump files using WinDBG, it gets hung and stops responding for like 10 minutes and after that there is no information which is generated by it. Even BlueScreen Viewer is not recognizing these files as Dump files, So I don't think I would be able to provide Help in this case

You would have to contact the Software's support team for getting support for this one. But in case of any blue screens do post back and we would see what can be done

I will try it again. Could you please copy-paste what you see in the WinDBG once you type in "analyze -v" so that I could see what is happening at least.

    Hi Kingzolo ^_^,

Seems like waiting for one more minute worked . The problem apparently is being caused by the NVIDIA Drivers as we can see in the stack as well that the function was trying to render a 4x4 Matrix. I searched Google as well and according to it, the NVIDIA Driver Version :- 306.97 is working well and not causing this kind of DLL to crash. Furthermore, I would advise you to fully update the Direct X packages (Both Audio & Video). Let me know how it goes ^_^.
