Just got this new computer earlier this month and since I have had 3 BSOD's. The first happened while watching a Youtube Video, the second while watching Plex, and the third while I was watching Twitch. They come up with the same error each time and it's "Kernel-Power" Event ID 41 Task Category (63) I am BEGGING someone to help me figure out what it could be and help me fix it. This is a brand new computer and I was hoping to have some solution or idea as to what it could be. I have attached what I believe it the proper .dmp zip of the most recent event.

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone in advance for helping me through this.

EDIT: I have attached all 3 of the .dmp's from all 3 crashes.

So sorry for posting it in the wrong thread earlier!

As you can see, it is the "atikmdag.sys" which is your ATI GPU Driver. Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on your system :-

Please follow the instructions below step by step and once each step is done, check for BSOD's:-

  1. Since, the BSOD's are caused by the ATI Driver, please remove it completely from the system using this **TOOL**. See if you are still getting crashes or not. If the problem stops, get the latest drivers from your Motherboard/GPU Manufacturer and while installing only check the option to "Display Drivers Only" and then install.
  2. There is presence of the "AODDriver2.sys" which is known to cause BSOD's. Please remove AMD Overdrive/Gigabyte Easy Tune/AMD Fuel (Location is C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\AODDriver2.sys). If no such software is present then search for it and then rename the driver.
  3. Please remove any Razer device attached to the system while we are troubleshooting as they are known to cause BSOD's.
  4. Event 41 means that the system had unexpected shutdown. So, make sure you have a sufficient Power Supply for your system, it is working fine and ensure that all the connections are tight.

In your next post, if you are still facing problems then please follow the instructions over **here** and attach the SF Diagnostic File in your next post.
