Hi guys this is the first time ever i am posting a question in a forum.

The introduction
I have a thinkpad Edge 420 1141-bmq. i bought it in 2011 and have been using windows 7 and ubuntu dual boot since then. But later last year i upgraded the ram by adding another 4gb stick and removed both the OS and installed 64 bit Ubuntu 13.04. Its been working great for 6 months but then i decided to give this laptop to a cousin who would be using windows 8.1.

The config
Processor Core i3 (2nd Generation)
Variant 2350M
Clock Speed 2.3 GHz
Cache 3 MB
System Memory 2 GB DDR3 added another 4 gb stick and used ubuntu 13.04 (64 bit) for a good 6 months without any problems

The problem
Since i installed Windows 8.1 pro 64bit, it has been crashing all the time giving some very random BSOD without any driver name in any of the crash dumps.
since then i have reinstalled this os several times and each time after a successfull install it starts crashing during normal use.

What I tried
I tried memtest for several passes and it showed no error in ram sticks.
I have turned windows update on and also updated all the drivers for 8.1 from lenovo's website.
Also turned on Driver Verifier based on the instructions from here:
http://www.reviversoft.com/blog/2013/09/using-driver-ve...

Here I am posting my mini crash dumps, This is a fresh install of Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.

Crash dumps and SF diagnostic tool output posted on onedrive http://1drv.ms/1rzAyiZ

The request
Please guys i really need help, I dont have any experience in dealing with BSOD. Atleast some pointers on how should i proceed (based on my crash dumps) would be really helpfull and how do i decode these crash dumps. i am using BLue screen viewer by nir soft but i have no idea what to do with the information.

According to the dump files, the problem occurs during Networking operations. Furthermore, the Driver Verifier is also marking the NDIS as the culprit. So, please perform the below steps :-
1. Remove VMWARE. Also, check if you do get BSOD's if you disable your Network Adapter.

2. Go to Device Manager and Uninstall the drivers for your Wireless Network Adapter. Once it is done, restart the PC. Do not install any further Wireless Drivers.

Let me know, how it goes ^_^.

If you could do me a favor, could you please goto "C:\Windows" and check if you have a Memory.DMP file. Delete it. Turn on the Driver Verifier and then upload a copy of that once you let the Driver Verifier crash some times? I know the problem with Indian Broadband and their FUP's but that would be just a huge favor and enable me to learn more and help you better :)

Hey hi,Thanks for your reply, So someone advised me to take out the 4GB ram and use the system for a couple of days. I have been using the system extensively for the past two days with just the 2GB stick that originally had come with the laptop. I did not have any further BSOD. I feel pretty confident that its the 4GB stick that is faulty. About the dump file in C:\Windows, its about 444MB !!. I have reached by FUP for the current billing cycle and it simply won't be possible for me to upload that much of data with just 256 Kbps.

Hi Krish123,

Aah that is fine. But you should make sure that the 4GB module is bad by running the Memtest86+ for no less that 8 hours. Follow this guide over here :-
RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums

Plug in only the 4GB module and then run this test. This should make sure if the RAM is the problem or there is something else.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.
