Oké, so the first step is to delete all amd drivers with ddu? Then step 2...but I can't play games without drivers installed. Do you prefer to install older version drivers directly after step 2? Maybe than it's working without problems. By the way do you have a link for an older driver for my sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor-x video card?
Just uninstall the drivers to make sure the system is not BSODing without them. Once you are sure, enable that driver service using the above instructions.

You could try the drivers from the Driver CD which might have come with your card?

Yesterday, I have followed all the steps you told me. I have so far not received a BSOD. Yesterday night I watched a movie, see no trace of BSOD. The problem is I think the newest version drivers. I have an installation CD that I got with my video card, which I can install and then see the problem occurs or not. What do you think?

EDIT: and by the way my Creative headset was plugged in and with that I got not BSOD (that''s a good sign)

Yes, I'm using it now. I Deleted the windows 7 driver, but it's plugged in. It's an old headset, but it's working fine. Maybe it's a good idea to buy one which is compatible with Windows 8.1, but I'll see. I keep you updated. Thanks again.

After a couple of days finally no trace of BSOD, even though the headset is connected. The beta driver works great, I played Batham Origins for more than half hour without any problems. I put the thread as solved. If I get in trouble again you hear it from me. Thanks again!
