Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs.

HP Webcam is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Please enable it and update it's drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version - then feel free to disable it again (drivers may load before Windows is able to disable the device).

The memory dumps don't point to any specific driver - just to problems with powering down.
1) Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
2) Please update all drivers from the HP website to the latest, Win8.1 compatible versions (I think this is the correct link - but double check to be sure): Drivers & software for HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC - HP Support Center

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

This one is on the HP website - make sure that you update it!!!
