Okey so I got an Idea.
When the the chkdsk got interupted and the PC restarted I could go into the drive when the PC booted again, which I wasnt able to do earlier. I dragged out 2 pictures on my desktop to see if I could look at them and I could. I deleted them and then the PC froze and I restarted and after that restart I couldnt access the drive anymore, so I plugged it out.

And now I did the sfc /scannow . It says:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Is it possible that when I dragged those 2 picutres out on my desktop (which would be my C: drive , SSD) that my C drive got damaged or something by those pictures ? :S

I dunno about the picture thing but you should now run DISM since sfc can't fix the errors: DISM - Fixing Component Store Corruption in Windows 8[1]=Performance%20Maintenance

After running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth run sfc /scannow again to verify everything is fixed.

Yeah I did so and this must be a good sign right ? :

    C:\Windows\system32>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 6.3.9600.17031
    Image Version: 6.3.9600.17031
    [==========================100.0%==========================]
The restore operation completed successfully. The component store corruption was
    repaired.
    The operation completed successfully.
    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Yes, a good thing. Now we see what happens. Have you reboot, you should.

I would run chkdsk /f on your drive also the first chance you get. Should take no more than couple of hours depending on drive size.
