Why did you run "Fix all" in Seatools - did the program tell you to run it?

I would monitor the system to see if "Fix all" fixed things
Run Seatools Long/Extended test again in about a week and see if it finds problems (?again?).

Upgrade to Win8.1 may help - but not until we've figured out if there's a hard drive problem.

the program didn't tell me to run Fix all, but I did it.
Ok, I'll ran it again in about a week and see.
I'm keeping CrystalDiskInfo running at the startup so that it'll show me if there's a problem with the hard drive.
by the way, I ran sfc /scannow and repaired the corrupted files on my system

I usually connect USB fan that cools my laptop, USB mouse and my laptop is always connected to electricity.

An "unexpected I/O error" is usually a problem with the hard drive, but it can also be a problem with something else (such as the motherboard).

I would suggest trying another hard drive. Purchase a new one from a shop that will allow you to return it (for a full refund) if it's not needed. Try that and see if the system still BSOD's - if it does, then it's most likely the motherboard (if it doesn't BSOD, then it was most likely your hard drive).

Don't you think that it can be the USB mouse or the USB of the fan that I'd always been connecting to my laptop?
I haven't had any BSOD since I disconnect all the USB devices, because I always use them.
I set default setting to the BIOS.
I re-run the sfc /scannow and found no corrupted files.

    the software WhoCrashed shows:

    Crash Dump Analysis

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

Bug check description: This means that an error has occurred in a crucial user-mode subsystem.
There is a possibility this problem was caused by a virus or other malware.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

    --------------------------

I'll see if all that don't work, I'll have to buy a new Hard Drive, would you please recommend one with 500 GB?
