Regular BSOD shut downs with error message "Bad_Pool_Header (tcpip.sys)".
Seems to be induced by applications; Games, Video, Browser Netflix etc. but also occurs on idle desktop/MSWord applications.

Started happening after upgrade to Windows 8.1

SF dump attached.

System is-
Windows 8.1 x64
Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @2.40Ghz
RAM- 16GB
GPU- NVIDIA GTX 780M

Help with this error would be greatly appreciated, as this has been plaguing me for a few months, to the point that I've almost stopped using my computer altogether.

Let me know if further information is needed,

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

Do your still need help with this problem?
I will be notified if you reply to this topic and will respond within 48 hours.

This device is missing drivers:
Not Available ACPI\PNPC000\1 The drivers for this device are not installed.
This device is probably a modem (the old telephone type). Please disable it in the BIOS. If unable to do that, then you'll have to locate a Win8.1 compatible driver for it.

Razer drivers date from 2005 - a KNOWN BSOD cause. Please uninstall them, then download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers from the Razer website.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Razerlow.sys Mon Nov 7 01:33:11 2005 (436EF527)
Razer Diamondback driver (Win7 has BSOD issues with older drivers)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Razerlow.sys

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

Don't worry about the MBfilt64.sys or the GEARAspiWDM.sys as they are the latest versions available

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

Also, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
This is just a hunch, but it'll help to rule out other 3rd party drivers as being at fault.
