    Update PowerIso:

    Code:
     SCDEmu SCDEmu.SYS Mon Apr 12 04:52:25 2010
PowerISO - Create, Burn, Mount, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive

Your Belkin network hub driver is too old for Windows 8. If the manufacturer doesn't have a newer driver, you'll have to remove that from the system so this old driver is not loaded:

    Code:
    sxuptp sxuptp.sys Tue Jul 01 05:53:37 2008
    ------------

Visit Intel.com so it auto scans your machine and updates the storage driver and HECI driver:

    Code:
    iaStor iaStor.sys Wed Mar 03 21:51:31 2010
    HECIx64 HECIx64.sys Thu Sep 17 15:54:16 2009
    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?lang=eng

    ---------

    Uninstall or update IsoDrive software:

    Code:
    ISODrv64.sys
    ------------

These drivers are old and belong to Accelerometer. I would completely uninstall that:

    Code:
    stdcfltn stdcfltn.sys Fri Aug 20 14:05:01 2010
    Accelern Accelern.sys Fri Aug 20 14:04:57 2010
    ---------

Visit your motherboard manufactuer's site to update this USB 3.0 driver:

    Code:
    usb3hub nusb3hub.sys Thu Apr 22 21:34:35 2010
    nusb3xhc nusb3xhc.sys Thu Apr 22 21:34:36 2010
    -----------------

    Synaptics driver needs an update:

    Code:
    SynTP SynTP.sys Thu Jul 15 20:01:32 2010
    -----------

This driver should not be on the system. I would find a utility that clears all NVIDIA files, video and chipset, then use in safe mode. Reboot and install latest video driver from NVIDIA:

    Code:
    nvBridge nvBridge.kmd Wed Aug 25 13:35:06 2010
    ------

Your wireless network driver needs an update from the manufacturer:

    Code:
    NETw5s64 NETw5s64.sys Mon May 31 15:05:02 2010
    https://www.dell.com/support/drivers...ductCode=False

    ----------

Realtek HD Audio needs an update:

    Code:
    RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Tue Nov 09 05:44:10 2010
    Realtek

    --------

Broadcom Bluetooth drivers need an update:

    Code:
    btwaudio btwaudio.sys Mon Jul 19 17:43:27 2010
    btwavdt btwavdt.sys Mon Jul 19 17:42:27 2010
    btwampfl btwampfl.sys Mon Jul 12 21:41:18 2010
    btwl2cap btwl2cap.sys Mon Mar 01 21:25:23 2010
    btwrchid btwrchid.sys Mon Jul 19 17:43:43 2010
    --------

Intel Turbo Boost Monitor needs to be updated or uninstalled:

    Code:
    TurboB TurboB.sys Mon Nov 02 15:47:34 2009
    ---------

Dell Webcam driver needs an update:

    Code:
    qicflt qicflt.sys Thu Jul 01 21:46:34 2010
    ---------

I would update or uninstall this Intenet Download Manager software for sure:

    Code:
    idmwfp idmwfp.sys Mon Mar 28 13:36:29 2011
    ---------
And finally, you have VirtualBox installed and that is incompatible with Windows 8 at this time. That should be completely uninstalled.

The version number doesn't really matter since I've given you the dates of them. If you still want to check version numbers for any reason, right click the bottom left of the screen. Choose Device Manager. Then right click on any device and choose properties. Then go to the Driver tab.

Anyhow, I linked to the wireless driver in my last post that can be installed. It's a good update from what you have now.

Of course it's fine. Besides, it's not my forum. I enjoy helping and do, but everyone else is welcome to post at any time about anything.

Good luck and please let us know how things are going. There are a lot of issues and/or potential issues there above. Nothing too difficult to try to correct though. If you ever get to where you think things are stable, you can probably leave it at that to see how long it goes well, keeping in mind the things you haven't done yet.

    Thnks a lot Mate...

Last night I updated all the necessary drivers on my lappy... and then i scanned from Device Manager, for any updation in any of drivers. But it shows "The Best drivers are already installed in this system".
But today morning when i power on my lappy i again face the same problem... I mean again i was not able to use my Internet connection. So i Restarted my system and then I was able to Access my internet and so now i am writing you this message.
I still cant find the problem, what is causing my system not to operate properly at 1st chance. ???
    Please help me!!

You're welcome. This method of checking the drivers really is not how to go about things. The best way is to visit the manufacturers' sites and compare the latest download to what you have.

If you have new crashes from here forward, you are welcome to post the logs the same as you've done before. We can then check on the progress or lack thereof.

Yes i did updated the drivers from the respective manufacture corporations. I checked the list of device and their updation from Device Manager AFTER performing the necessary updations.
Now, I do not get the "Driver_Power_State_Failure" error message. But, i still the face the problem of my Internet Connection (Access to Websites "Unable to find Server") not being Accessed at the 1st place. I still need to restart my Lappy to access my Internet connection.

This is really annoying... How can i check, what is causing the problem??
