BSOD after running PRO TOOLS software

I have had BSOD problems on and off since I got this machine, but recently, it only happens after running my Pro Tools software for a little while, usually about 10-15 minutes in (Pro Tools 11.2, but it also happened similarly with PT 9.0.6). The program slows, stutters and freezes, eventually going to a BSOD with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL .
My "workaround" has been to use a different software solution (StudioOne), which seems to work flawlessly, but I would really like to use the more professional and expensive software that I own and paid really good money for.
I have tried several "fixes" such as running "sfc /scannow" several times along with the DISM command line repairs, always with errors unresolved.
Attached is my SF file, zipped and renamed to my forum username.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give to help resolve my problem.

Keep in tune!
Mark

Thank you so much for your response. I'm very sorry for that, I'm usually more thorough. Attached please find the file from today.

Also, While running the SF Diagnostics Tool, I got this error message "Could not find file 'C:\WINDOWS\Windowsupdate.log'." with the following text:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Thanks again for your assistance.

UPDATED SF FILE!

Going through the forums, I anticipated that you were going to ask me to remove Malwarebytes using the clean uninstall tool, so I did.
I also used the Microsoft Windows Update "Fix It" tool because there was an network driver update that HP said was necessary and I couldn't update it yesterday. After using the MS tool, it updated. Yay.
Then I figured it wouldn't hurt to run the DISM and sfc /scannow tools from the Administrator command prompt.

Soooo, I figured I would also try to see how far I could get in ProTools 11.2.
It worked for about 20 minutes, just enough to draw me in and get cruising with a song mix, and as soon as I thought "I should save this", it crashed. BUT, not the BSOD, just PT. Windows itself was moving extremely slow at that point, like it usually does right after the PT crash and just before the BSOD, so I decided to restart.
I had forgotten that this happens each time also. AFTER the crash and restart, Windows comes up with a blank screen and it's cheerful little "Hi!" greeting in the middle, then "We're setting things up for you now." like it does when you get a new machine or install Windows. Eventually it gets to the login screen, but after logging in, error messages pop up about not being able to find Desktop.exe and other drivers with a blank screen, so I restart again. THIS time it did the same thing a second time, but after another restart, it started into Windows showing my desktop and all the fancy little icons (normal).

After all that, I made another SF file, please find it attached, I thought it may have one or two less items on error.

Thanks for your help!

Hi ,

Unfortunately, the attached files do not contain even a single dump file :( . You would need to manually goto "C:\Windows\Minidump\" and zip up all the dump files and then attach with your next post so that they could be analyzed.

That's strange that you are getting the Hi! after every startup, could you please post the output of the DISM and the SFC/Scannow as well so that could be analyzed as well?

I'm so sorry. As they say, third time's a charm. In my haste to finally have this resolved, again I wasn't thorough. I must have closed the SF program before it was complete, as the folder and zip file on my computer were also empty.
This time I made certain the files are there.
I also re-ran the DISM and sfc commands. I am including a screenshot of the Command Prompt information so you can see how the errors were displayed if that helps. I am attaching the DISM log files from both run-throughs of the program as seen in the screenshot.
Also, for clarification, I only get the Windows "Hi!" screen after a BSOD crash. Otherwise it restarts normally.
Thanks for your time.

FYI: I ran a batch file that ran the DISM and SFC command line instructions, hence the "pause/press any key to continue" lines in the screenshot.

Hi Isherwoodme,

There are still no dump files in that. But, since I have your system information, I would ask you to manually go to :- "C:\Windows\Minidump" and zip up all the dump files inside that and post with your next reply and I would be more than happy to analyze them for you ^_^. Please note that your Event Viewer logs suggest that there may be dump files since the last year as well so please upload only the recent Dump files.

If you do not find any Dump files in there, then make sure that you have enabled the Dump File Generation using this guide :-
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD - Windows 7 Help Forums

Furthermore, your Event Log contains many bugchecks. On examining the System Event Log, this seems to be the latest warning :-

On checking the Vendor ID, this was found :-
PCI Vendor and Device Lists

which is your Fingerprint Scanner. I would advise you to update this driver ASAP. On further examining, there are numerous errors stating that the "User Mode Driver Frameworks Platform Service" or the WUDFPf service was not found. Are you having issues on trying to install devices and those are getting failed?

I found a similar answer to your problem. Please see if this solves your problem :-

Win 7 32 bit wudfsvc service is not starting because wudfpf driver is - Microsoft Community

Read the entire thread and see if making the service to start automatically solves the problem or not. I guess this might be the reason why we are not getting any dump files from the SF Diagnostic.
