After you uninstall Kapersky (You might have to go to their website to download a special uninstaller in order to remove it completely). Try a couple of commands as followed from the Admin command prompt:
    1. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    2. sfc /scannow
dism sfc went fine, system not damaged

Removed Kaspersky by Safe Mod and launched dism-sfm another time

    EDIT: BSOD

Last time it was updated 2013/07/24. So I don't think this list mean anything
RAM specs says that it designed for use with all DDR3 motherboards without restcrictions

Cant dumps tell about the reason?

There is not even a single CORSAIR CMX... model probably because they were released lately
Yes, there is one 4GB CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 on the list

EDIT: Your last crash was caused by Skype.exe and also related to Windows Defender. Since all the BSOD's were caused by different processes and memory corruption and we also tried to eliminate the problem by uninstalling the anti virus software, that would lead me to believe there's something wrong with the RAM. Other than that, I am sorry but I am running out of idea to give.
