BSOD Intermitted

Hi, I am getting the following in my event viewer after a BSOD:

windows 8 64 bit blue screen The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c5 (0x000000000000000b, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff801e44e2df7

I am getting this numerous times a day and on the BSOD screen it keeps on giving a different error. I uploaded my dump file as per the instructions and the SF Diagnostics Tool

I have analyzed your Dump files and I can say that there is not a fixed pattern in which a driver file could be blamed consistently. Below is a list of 3rd party driver files which you must update.

Hi,

Sorry for late reply. I did not install Norton, nor can I find any trace of it in my installed program list.. I had comodo installed but have uninstalled it fully and installed Symantec (The only antivirus I am aware of.)

Whenever I try to do a windows update, I get the blue screen, so unable to update.

Aah seems like I mistyped, I meant Symantec / Norton (Symantec owns Norton

). Please uninstall all these products using the links given above and from the Add/Remove. Please report back with freshly prepared SF Diagnostic Zip file if you are still facing problem and I would be glad to help you out ^_^.
