Need some help, its happens way to often. I did few tests on my own. Memtest 6hr, 2 pases no errors. I used event viewer and bluescreenviewer. I did scf scannow and got one error which couldnt be solved. And I have updated my bios. I can post cbs logs if needed.

I understand that this is a very important problem for you and that you'd like it solved as soon as is possible. But there are other circumstances that you may not be aware of. Please read this pinned topic about waiting for a response: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/48165-have-you-been-waiting-response.html

Only 46 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 60 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

All 3 memory dumps are STOP 0x124, but there was an A0000001 error in the WER section of MSINFO32 (which points to video).
As these are all usually hardware errors, please start with these free hardware diagnostics (start with the video tests): Hardware Diagnostics

As the only 3rd party driver present in the dump is the Avatron PCI Bus Device Filter (AVPCIFilter.sys) - I'd suggest uninstalling that program while we're troubleshooting.

Thank you for the great response sorry for rushing things a bit :p. I was asking a bit on linuses forum and found out that my mobo is overheating because of lacking enough vrm. Could that be the problem? There is no oc on my pc, never was. I just undervolted my cpu yesterday so I could achieve better temps.

If you must undervolt to get better temps, then there's a problem with the higher temps (either the overclock or problems with the cooling solution are the most common reasons).

I suggest setting the system to default values and see what happens with the temps.
If they still are too high, then it's most likely a problem with your cooling solution.

Check to be sure that the cooler is making good contact with the CPU
That you have thermal paste applied
That the cooler isn't clogged with dirt/dust
That the fan on the cooler is running
That the fan/cooler are getting cool air
That all power connectors (to include the 4pin one on the mobo) are firmly connected

Its stock amd cooler, but that is not the problem. My mobo is very cheap and doesn't have a passive cooler on vrms. The 4+1 power phases are just to little for my 6 core fx6300. Now that I dropped the voltage my cpu and mobo don't get very hot. But I ll upgrade my mobo in very near future.(Now Im running stable on vcore= 1.275V, 12 hr of large fft and ibt avx passed). The tmps dropped 20K.
