BSOD when removing and adding any USB device

Hi I've been having a problem lately with my drivers i think, whenever i remove or add a USB device my computer crashes with the BSOD and says "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE". I've tried some of the common fixes around the forums but they don't seems to work.If it helps I have my dump files here using the SF diagnostics program. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...t=file%2c.zipI have yet to try the driver verifier but it seems risky. Thanks

Your dump file shows this as an error:

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for GameKB.sys

    .
    0: kd> lmvm GameKB
    start end module name

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
You should update this driver from the link here Driver Reference Table - GameKB.sys

Note that there is only one dump file - it would be interesting to see if it happens again if it is the same issue.

The following drivers are also old (prior to release of 8.1) and should be updated:

Driver Reference Table - amd_sata.sys (AMD SATA Controller AHCI 1.2 Device Driver)
Driver Reference Table - amd_xata.sys (AMD Stor Filter Driver)
Driver Reference Table - usbfilter.sys (AMD USB Filter Driver (likely part of the chipset drivers)

While investigating please turn off overclocking (if you are) and also make sure you have all available windows updates.

Thanks! its seems to be working now I know what happened to the Driver for my keyboard (was messing around with it because it seemed to caused the problem so I uninstalled it), but the drivers for my graphics card must have been the reason because the screen was messing up the colors the other day. It seems to be working now though so thanks a lot it would have taken me a while to figure this out since I have no clue how to Read or even open .dmg files. So all I had to do was go to the websites and get the updates from there because windows said that they were up to date, which they weren't.
