I treid going bcak restore points...that dint work

I also tried Refreshing and Resetting the PC using those settings on Windows...Still same issues....
How do i fix it?

And also because of this...my system is becoming very slow now as well.

I'm a new user and i could really do with some help.

Your dumpfile blames Probably caused by : pci.sys with FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_iaStorA_IMAGE_pci.sys

The driver iastora.sys is the driver for your Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver.

Please update to windows 8.1 compatible driver from here (look under others)http://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/ASUS_VivoBook_S551LB/HelpDesk_Download/

Also update all your other drivers(chipset, lan, wireless, bluetooth, audio etc.) to the windows 8.1 drivers from above supportpage.

Did you update this driver from the supportpage as asked, because the driver is still the same(from 2 aug 2013)
If you did, then see if there are a newer version at the intel site.

Driver Description: Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver
Driver Update Site: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Did you also update all the other drivers as asked, because you still have many drivers predated windows 8.1.

All these above drivers can be updated from the supportpage.

You use a Western Digital WDC WD10JPVX-80JC3T0 Harddisk.
Do you have the latest firmware?
Check your Bios(manual) for the right settings (sata/ide etc.)
Check if the cable/connections etc are not loose?

Test your HDdisk, they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

Hey Jubindj,

0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_IMAGE_iaStorA.sys

Normally indicates a power down driver failure which can be caused by a faulty I/O controller.

How long have to had the machine or laptop?

Cheers

Just my 2¢......

If you've only had the computer for 2 months, you may be able to get hardware diagnostics done for free (under the warranty). Ask at the shop that you bought it from.

Otherwise:
Link to driver downloads: Notebooks & Ultrabooks - ASUS VivoBook S551LB - ASUS

Update networking drivers (wired, wireless, bluetooth, WiDi, etc) from the Asus website to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version (lltdio.sys present in the dumps - I suspect wireless first (from the raw stack text))

Update Intel Graphics drivers (to include the Intel Display Audio driver) from the Asus website to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version (IntcDAud.sys present in the dumps)

Update the Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework from the Asus website to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version (it's driver is showing in the raw stack text)

It appears that you've updated your Bluetooth drivers recently, but they're still from before Win8.1 was released. Please get the latest, Win8.1 compatible version for your system. This includes ensuring that you have ALL available Windows Updates.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The system appears to be overclocked. Please turn off any overclocking while we're troubleshooting.
It also may be due to Intel Turbo Boost - so turn that off also (most likely it's in the BIOS/UEFI settings).

If the BSOD's persist, please perform these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

If the BSOD's persist, please perform these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
What were the results of the hardware diagnostics that I asked you to perform in my previous post?

The system appears to be overclocked. Please turn off any overclocking while we're troubleshooting.
It also may be due to Intel Turbo Boost - so turn that off also (most likely it's in the BIOS/UEFI settings).
The system is still overclocked, are you having problems disabling this?

I would suggest trying the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) drivers from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng (search for "rapid storage technology" without the quotes).

Please be sure that you have updated the wifi drivers, the video drivers, along with these Intel drivers (all from the Asus website):
Intel® Smart Connect Technology
Intel Management Engine Interface
Intel® Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Drive

Please uninstall the program that controls this driver (Asus AiCharger). It may have been uninstalled already as it doesn't appear in the last memory dump:
AiCharger.sys Thu Sep 22 22:04:40 2011 (4E7BE938)
Asus Charger Driver [br] Likely BSOD cause - haven't seen recently (15Jan2013)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AiCharger.sys

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The easiest way (IMO) to access the UEFI is to:
Hold down the "Shift" key while you restart the system from the Charm bar
Then go to Advanced Options, which is where you'll find the UEFI settings.
The system may reboot one more time before going into the UEFI
There's pictures of the different screens here: How To Access The BIOS On A Windows 8 Computer

Once in the UEFI - look for something that says "TurboBoost"
If you find it, turn it off/disable it.
If you don't find it - leave everything else alone.
