Your dumpfiles can be divided in 2 groups.
3 Dumpfiles blames Probably caused by memory corruption

Please check your memory with memtest 86+ for faults.

The other dumpfiles all are related in some way to your graphics/video.
Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+121223 )
PROCESS_NAME: CLMSServerPDVD
Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VIDMM_GLOBAL::prepareDmaBuffer+19357

You have already the videocard drivers from april 2014 and you installed another videocard.
But to exclude that you have a faulty videocard you could run Prime95.

You have only 1.3 gb free space on your Systemdisk free, (less than 2%), windows needs around 15% free space to run the system in a proper way. Please make more space on your C:drive.

Thanks Lifetec for posting, I was on the process of writing :p

@OP :- Follow Lifetec's advice and also update your "USBFILTER.SYS" Driver as it also dates back to the year 2012 and there might be a compatibility issue with Windows 8.1.
