    Hi,

I had to make this driver installer special for you. Please extract the contents to a folder. It is for the Coprocessor from the NVIDIA chipset.

You will want to open the Device Manager, right click on the entry needing the driver with the exclamation point, choose Update driver software. Browse my computer. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse. Now navigate to the extracted folder and click on the .inf file in. Hit next then ok and it will install. Reboot for good measure.

Let us know how it goes after and post another run of the software you used to do so before, if needed. I wasn't very thorough and only helped with what was glaringly obvious to start with.

    Good luck.

When you are complete with that, you can run this chipset driver installer from the following link so that your storage drivers get updated:

    Version V5.1.2600.171

Other than that, the freezing could be caused by having network drives listed in Windows Explorer that are not currently online or available, as in to another laptop that is not connected.

    :( nothing has changed

Thank for your advice. I installed first driver from Your .rar and make logs (W8-beforeChipsetDrFromAsus.zip). Nothing has changed. After that I disabled all network functions (HomeGroup, Sharing folders and printers. I do not use it anyway).
Than I installed Chipset drivers from Asus site.

Because of multiple (20+) hard resets, I launched Windows Disk Errors Checking from right click on C drive in My Computer and repair errors. Also I launched (as Admin)
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
. Then I did another logs zip (W8-after.zip)The system still freezes. (Thanks for auto saving! ).

I must add that I tried Windows 8 Developer Preview sometime in November and system also still froze.

    What now?

Since your system is freezing a lot with different OS', maybe you have incorrect memory settings in the bios.

You can run CPU-Z and while under system load, make screenshots of the SPD and Memory tabs. We can see if it is right or not.

Perhaps a good scan with Malwarebytes can't hurt too.
