hp650 notebook BSOD whilst running command prompt andAVAST

I regularly complete my avast full system check, which takes about three hours to complete.

It always completes however today i attempted to do it and twice at 80% roughly, it restarts the laptop and i get BSOD, then the laptop restarts as normal.

I checked the memory (within task manager) and it was near enough 80% so im assuming it slowed the laptop down? also the disk was nearly 100% too.

i then proceeded to do the sfc/ scannow and it says there were integrity violations but windows couldnt fix them. i done the DISM / health one too and it completed but also said there was a problem. Every time i try and complete anything in command prompt or even avast, the computer gets the BSOD. i tried it in safe mode however and it worked but still gave me error messages.

what can i do to fix this? please be indepth as i dont really know how to do complicated computer tasks as im only new to computers.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Post over in the Windows Updates & Activation forums for assistance with the SFC.EXE errors.

Did you do all 3 DISM commands?
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

For the BSOD's, Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs.
