BSOD - DRIVER IRQL and KERNEL SECURITY

So last couple of weeks I've been getting a lot of BSOD's peeks at 4 a day.

The ones i remember are the DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS and KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
there may have been some more... but I can't remember them

edit: just had another one : IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

I've tried updating all sorts of drivers, but I don't think I've been so succesful on that..

I always get the BSOD when I have Mozilla opened, Skype and League of Legends, or sometimes I don't even have LoL opened.

I've attached two files from dm log collector and SF_Diagnostic_Tool

Thanks in advance for the help

Riva Tuner (along with MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Out of 19 memory dumps there were 7 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers) - and older systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

Please uninstall the programs associated with these drivers (Easy Saver and On/Off Charge):
gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 23:22:29 2009 (49B9D175)
Gigabyte Easy Saver - mobo power utility driver

AppleCharger.sys Mon Feb 18 23:17:09 2013 (5122FCC5)
GIGABYTE On/Off Charge driver. See here for details - GIGABYTE ON/OFF Charge [br] May cause BSOD on Win7/8 systems - uninstall to test (haven't seen recently (15Jan2013))

Have you run the hardware diagnostics that I suggested? If so, what were the results?

Gigabyte Easy Saver driver (gdrv.sys) hasn't been updated and is still present in the memory dumps. Please uninstall it immediately.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Would it be an idea, if I reinstall windows on a recently purchased HDD ?
It's currently installed on an older HDD.

The Memory Diagnostics were good, i will now do the HDD one, as soon as i figure out how to do it

If you can't do the bootable hard drive diagnostic, do the free one in Windows (here's a link: SeaTools for Windows | Seagate )

Reinstalling Windows on a new hard drive would rule out a lot of problems - but wouldn't rule all of them out.
I suggest completing the diagnostics before trying a new hard drive in order to save money.

Do the extended test on all hard drives please. The short test has been known to miss problems.

Here's some instructions on a "clean" install. It'll help to rule out 3rd party drivers.
Please note that this was written before Win8.1 and Win8.1Update1 - so be sure to install them before proceeding:
Backup, Wipe, and "Clean Install" of Windows
For testing purposes, it's best to install Windows "clean".
This is, basically, installing it the way that Microsoft intended (using drivers from Windows Update).
This procedure is for Windows 7 and Vista.

You will need your installation/recovery DVD(s) before you start. Once you wipe the hard drive there's no going back!!!

1. Backup all your data.
This will wipe everything off of your hard drive, so anything that you want to keep will need to be saved elsewhere.

NOTE: If this is due to an infection, remember to scan the data with another system's current antivirus in order to locate and remove any malware.
NOTE: Disconnect any additional hard drives (internal and external) that you may have installed. This may break any multi-boot setups that you have, so be prepared to conduct recovery operations on them once you're done. Don't forget that, if this is due to an infection, the additional hard drives may be infected also.

2. Connect the system to the internet (if the system says disconnect from the Internet, then do so).

2½. Make sure that you've run hardware diagnostics on the system, as installing Windows on "borked" hardware isn't a real good idea.
Free diagnostics here: Hardware Diagnostics
At a minimum, you must have run these bootable diagnostics (they work outside of Windows, so Windows doesn't have to be working): Initial Hardware Diagnostics

3. Use one of these free utilities to wipe the hard drive clean:
KillDisk ( Freeware Download Active@ KillDisk ).
DBAN ( DBAN Download | Darik's Boot And Nuke )
This will also delete any recovery partitions on the system - so the installation/recovery DVD's are essential!!!

4. Install Windows by booting from the installation/recovery DVD - DO NOT tweak any settings!!!

5. Visit Windows Update and get all updates

6. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)

7. Visit Windows Update and get the Service Packs for your system. (usually under Important Updates).
For Windows 8 , please get the Win8.1 update and the Win8.1 Update 1 update.
Read these notes for installing Windows 7 SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center Once this is completed, please go to step 8.
Read these notes for installing Vista SP1: Learn how to install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) Once this is completed, please go to the next line and install Vista SP2.
Read these notes for installing Vista SP2: Learn how to install Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2) Once this is completed, please go to step 8.
Search Google/Bing for installing other OS's Service Packs.

8. Visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates. Make repeated trips there until is shows that there are no updates left to install (it's OK to skip the Bing Desktop update as long as it's not installed on your system).

9. Download, install, and update a free antivirus so you don't get infected while testing ( Free AntiVirus ).
For Win8 and above, use Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall.

10. Test to see if the problem remains.
If the problems persist, then the problem is most likely with your hardware.
If the problems are gone, then proceed with installing the latest version of your favorite programs, testing after each one for errors.

CAVEAT: If you have an Asus motherboard, check the date on the C:\Windows\System32\driver\ASACPI.sys file. 2004/2005 is a problem, 2009/2010 is OK. Updates are available at the Asus support website.

CAVEAT: If you have a Sony system, make sure that you DO NOT have the 2007 (or earlier) version of the Sony Firmware Extension Parser (SFEP.sys). Update this driver immediately!!!

Good luck!

Extended on the other HDD passed too, I have deleted the Easy Saver driver too, when I get another BSOD I'll do a clean install.
